The baseline AV system installation is expected to be completed within 180 calendar days from the date of award. Option line item **** has a delivery of 120 calendar days after installation. Option line items **** through **** have a delivery of 1 calendar year from the date of option exercise.

Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Contractors are instructed to use WAWF for electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports. Specific document types for payment requests include cost voucher, invoice, progress payment request, performance based payment request, and commercial financing request.

The contractor shall provide one year of maintenance support and warranty for the entire AV system, software, and furnished equipment, including all associated cables and connectors. This is followed by four option years for maintenance support and warranty.

Contractors must ensure all technicians are trained and certified in AVIXA or InfoComm CTS and the brands of AV systems and equipment proposed. Contractor personnel requiring access at SWFPAC must have a minimum of a secret clearance and be US citizens.

A site visit is mandatory and information for it is attached. The site visit is scheduled to occur on August 11, 2026.
