This is a solicitation for teleradiology physician services for VISN 9 facilities. The contract will be for a base ordering period of one year with four annual ordering periods and a six-month option period. Services include various diagnostic imaging procedures such as plain films, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and PET CT. The contract period for the base ordering period is from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027. The contract has four annual ordering periods and a six-month option period, with the final ordering period ending February 28, 2032.
Payment will be made monthly, in arrears, upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice submitted electronically via the Tungsten website. Invoices must include specific details such as contractor name, invoice date and number, contract number, date of service, rate per modality, quantity, and total price.
The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Technical capabilities, business operations, past performance, SDVOSB/VOSB evaluation and small business participation plan, and price are used to evaluate offers.
Contract physicians must be board-certified or board-eligible in diagnostic radiology and/or nuclear medicine, hold a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia, and be technically proficient in their skills. They must also complete all VA educational requirements and mandatory training.
Failure to comply with contract terms, including data security and privacy provisions, may result in withholding payment, termination for default, or liquidated damages for data breaches (**** per day per affected individual).
Protests must be filed directly with an agency or the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and served on the contracting officer within one day of filing with GAO.
