The response deadline is July 21, 2026, 10:30 am CT.

Payment will be made in accordance with chapter **** of the Texas Government Code, the Texas Prompt Payment Act. Invoices must include the contract or purchase order number and detail the work completed.

Contractor shall issue a limited warranty valid for one (1) year for parts and ninety (90) days for labor, from date of issuance.

The bidder shall have relevant experience required for the performance of the services as outlined in this IFB. The minimum experience required is three (3) years. The bidders personnel to be assigned to perform the services must be fully trained and, at minimum, have three (3) years relevant experience.

Contractor shall schedule with the director of ASH Food Service or designee an initial comprehensive walkthrough inspection of all equipment, at no additional cost to the HHS Agency.

Failure to comply with the sole point of contact requirements may result in disqualification of the response. The inclusion of assumptions could result in disqualification of a response.

HHS system agency will make contract payments in accordance with chapter **** of the Texas Government Code, commonly known as the Texas Prompt Payment Act. Invoices must be submitted monthly or as otherwise indicated on the purchase order.

Bidders must have at least three years of relevant experience. Personnel assigned to perform services must have at least one year of relevant experience and demonstrated expertise in leading trainings for uniform guidance 2 CFR Part 200.

Failure to comply with requirements may result in disqualification of the response. Noncompliance or failure to timely correct a deficiency may result in delayed payment or nonpayment.
