Financial Stability and Offer, 3. Qualifications and Relevant Experience, 4. Organizational Background and Overview, 5. Proposal Presentation.
Offerors must provide a mission statement, list of board of directors and key personnel, organizational documents, demonstrate a history of success with similar projects, and provide an operational plan for the property's use. Financial statements are required to demonstrate the ability to fund and maintain the proposal.
If the property is not maintained and operated for the identified community benefit, it will automatically revert back to the city. If construction is not completed by the deadline, the city has the right to acquire the property at its acquisition value.
The property is accessible to the public, and offerors may visit the site at their convenience if they wish.
