Long Beach is seeking a qualified organization to provide specialized substance use treatment to individuals arrested for, charged with, or convicted of an offense, and who self-identify as needing such treatment. Key dates include a release date of August 20, 2025; an optional pre-proposal meeting on September 3, 2025; questions due to the city on September 17, 2025; and proposals due on October 8, 2025. longbeachbuys. com. The contract will be for three years with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods, with a funding amount of up to $1,201,075. The awarded contractor will be ineligible for award for the six other
Long Beach Reentry Services Program RFPs. The awarded organization shall subcontract with a smaller organization to provide supplemental community-based supportive services.
