The county shall not be responsible or liable for any cost, fee, fine, penalty, or other assessment of any kind that is incurred or suffered by contractor in connection with or resulting from contractor's performance of this contract under any circumstances.

Breach of the E-Verify term or condition is considered a material breach of this contract.
