Hours worked each week will be submitted through iraptwawf for payment monthly.

Contractor must provide resumes demonstrating a minimum of two years of experience leading, planning, and executing music within a Protestant congregational worship setting. Proficiency in playing acoustic guitar and piano is required, with sight-reading ability preferred. Experience with a wide range of Protestant denominational music styles is necessary. A formal, signed letter of good standing from a current pastor or active church leadership is also required.

Any violation of safety rules and requirements, unless promptly corrected, may be considered grounds for termination of this contract.

If the irc or background check comes back with unfavorable results, the contractor has the right to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information in the report.

Activities and behavior contrary to mission requirements and standards, unfavorable background check results, or violation of safety rules may be grounds for contract termination.

The contractor shall provide resumes for the music director and musician demonstrating a minimum of two years of experience leading music in a congregational worship setting. They must also demonstrate proficiency in playing the piano, with the ability to sightread music appropriate for traditional and contemporary worship, and provide documentation a letter of good standing from their current pastor or church leadership verifying they are an active, practicing Catholic familiar with the mass.

Any violation of rules and requirements, unless promptly corrected, as directed by the contracting officer, may be considered grounds for termination of this contract in accordance with the default provisions hereof.

Activities and behavior to the contrary are viewed as grounds for contract termination. Failure to comply with security and safety requirements may result in withholding of final payment.

The closing date and time for receipt of proposals is August 13, 2026, at **** U. S. Central Time. The anticipated period of performance starts November 29, 2026.

Payments will be made according to FAR clause ****, Allowable Cost and Payment, with specific invoicing instructions detailed in Section G and DFARS ****.

All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Lack of registration will make a proposal ineligible for award.

A site visit will not be held for this solicitation.

Failure to adhere to restrictions on discussing the RFP with government representatives, other than the contracting officer, may be grounds to declare a firm ineligible for award. Failure to complete the price matrix in its entirety may result in the proposal being deemed unacceptable.
