The contractor must ensure all doors and windows that were secured upon their arrival are closed and secured upon their departure. The contractor must collect and dispose of all trash from all eligible waste receptacles, to include wastebaskets and other trash containers. The contractor must ensure no trash is spilled during removal or remaining after operations. The contractor must keep an ongoing log with attached SDSs, detailing all materials and supplies currently in use, remaining but no longer used, and stored in vehicles and/or storage containers. The contractor must submit a list of monthly consumables and cleaning supplies.
