Failure to pay for and remove property within allotted time results in default and debarment from future government sales. failure to do so shall subject you to paying a default fee and you will be barred from future government sales.

Reports must be provided within seven days of sample delivery. The lab must process samples and provide analysis reports within seven days of samples being transferred to laboratory custody. reports shall be delivered to the center designated primary point of contact electronically.

Laboratory must be qualified and within commuting distance. the contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision necessary to perform work required. any laboratory that satisfies the requirements of the facility NP DES permit may be used.

Samples are collected by staff every two weeks and must be picked up and tested within eight hours of collection. the sample will be collected by the staff and needs to be picked up and testing completed within eight hours of the collection.

All deliveries must be completed on or before March 31, 2027. Staggered or single batch deliveries will be considered. completion of all deliveries on or before march 31, 2027

Vendors must demonstrate capability to deliver vessels located in the Philippines, including inventory, remediation, and towing capabilities. interested vendors capable of delivering some or all required vessels are invited to submit a response
