Bidders must also have all licenses, permits, and certificates required by federal and state laws for the performance of this contract. The institution may terminate the agreement for nonperformance, as determined by the institution for causes including, but not limited to: failure to provide satisfactory quality of service, any substantial change in ownership or proprietorship of the contractor, or failure to comply with the terms of the agreement.
