Latest US Waste Residues Contracts & Bids

This is a performance work statement (PWS) for cleaning grease traps at Dyess AFB, Texas, for FY25. The contract period is a base year and four option years. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary resources (management, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, parts, and labor) to clean outside/inside/underground gravity grease traps. Appendix A lists trap locations, sizes, and cleaning frequencies. Appendix B lists required reports and documentation. The government will provide security, fire protection, and water access. The contractor must comply with OSHA, TECQ safety requirements, and develop and implement a quality control plan. Monthly servicing requirements will be provided by the COR. The contractor must submit a monthly work schedule. Records of service must be delivered within 10 days of completion. The contractor must provide a contract manager and employees must have valid licenses and certifications. Security requirements are detailed, including badge requirements (Dyess Form 173), vehicle identification, and procedures for day laborers. There are specific requirements for handling spills and cleanup. The estimated workload data for each location is provided in Appendix A. Required reports and data are detailed in Appendix B. An optional site visit is scheduled for June 12, 2025.
