Sealed bids will be received by the Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) Southmost Regional Water Authority (SRWA) until 5:00 PM on June 4, 2025. The contract for each chemical shall be for a period of one year after the date of the purchase order, with the option to renew annually for an additional two one-year periods, if service and price are satisfactory. The BPUBSRWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities contained therein.
