Quotations are due by July 15th, 2026, 15:00hrs Pakistan Standard Time. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
Payment requests may be made no more frequently than monthly, covering labor and materials completed and in place. The 14-day period for payment is changed to 30 days.
The contractor warrants that items delivered are merchantable and fit for the particular purpose described in the contract.
The U. S. government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible, able to understand written and spoken English, and have an established business in Pakistan or plans to establish one within 30 days of award. They must also demonstrate recent, relevant experience and adequate in-house professional and technical staff.
If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, they shall pay liquidated damages of PKR 10,**** for each calendar day of delay.
