Construction Manager at Risk ( CMAR) services for an Advanced Water Treatment Plant ( AWTP) and Pump Stations ( PS). Preconstruction and construction services for a new approximately 30, 000 sq ft Advanced Water Treatment Plant with a capacity of 2 MGD ( firm) and 4 MGD ( total), expandable to 4 MGD ( firm) and 6 MGD ( total). Includes raw water pipeline, rapid mix, coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, granular activated carbon, disinfection, high service pumping, chemical feed and storage, residuals handling, and evaporation ponds. Preconstruction services for five future finished water pump stations to convey water from the AWTP to members, including vertical turbine pumps with VFDs, surge control, sodium hypochlorite storage and feed, flow metering, electrical, instrumentation, and controls systems. Pump station construction services are not included in the initial authorization.
