The Town of Apple Valley is seeking proposals for web content management services to migrate its public website from WordPress to a new CMS, transitioning to applevalleyca. gov. Proposals must be submitted by August 27, 2026. The town reserves the right to reject any proposal. The selection process evaluates proposals based on fee proposal, clarity/conformance, content, experience/performance, support services, and references. The vendor must provide telephone support during normal business hours (M-F, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm PT) and host the public website in the United States.
