The selection process will be based on qualifications of key personnel (30%), project understanding and approach (30%), schedule and work plan (25%), and related experience and references (15%).

Firms must demonstrate professional experience and in-depth knowledge in performing work of a similar nature, experience working with public agencies, a record of completing work on schedule, and strength and stability. Consultant and subconsultant must comply with all state of California professional license laws.

Liquidated damages are set at $4,**** per calendar day for delays beyond the contractually required material completion date.
