This Request for Information (RFI) from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) on behalf of the United States Navy (USN) seeks innovative, cost-effective solutions for managing Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs). The goal is to enhance bulk fuels infrastructure, improve operational readiness, and leverage underutilized land, resources, and infrastructure assets. This RFI is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). Respondents are advised that the government will not pay for any costs incurred in responding to this RFI. All Navy CONUS locations will be considered.
