This is a solicitation for mower mulcher parts, issued as a 100% small business set-aside. Offerors must submit their proposals in accordance with FAR part 12 and additional instructions in the attached **** document. The closing date and time for this solicitation is 09 July 2025 1:00 PM EST. Vendor questions must be submitted no later than 2 days after the issue date of the solicitation. The Office of State Procurement has suspended in-person attendance at public bid openings. Bidders must submit an electronic online response via a provided link. The state reserves the right to reject proposals from businesses where individuals with a 5% or more ownership interest have been convicted of certain crimes. Bidders must comply with civil rights laws, ADA accessibility requirements, and other relevant laws. All bid amounts must be submitted in US dollars. Independent price determination is required.
