Flooring services Lot 1: Clean and prepare existing VCT ready to receive new resilient plank flooring overlay. Repair any missing floor tiles. Supply and install new resilient plank flooring according to manufacturer' s recommendations. Lot 2: Remove existing sheet vinyl floor cover and rubber base. Prepare floor for new surface, including new underlayment if needed. Lot 3: Remove existing resilient plank flooring. Supply and install new resilient plank flooring ( style and color per HACCC selection). Lot 4: Supply and install new sheet vinyl in bathroom to compliment new resilient plank flooring ( style to be approved by HACCC). Includes new metal transitioned strip between bathroom and hallway. Lot 5: Supply and install new sheet vinyl with 12- inch x 12- inch stone pattern to compliment new resilient plank flooring ( style to be approved by HACCC). Includes new metal transitioned strip between TB and hallway. Lot 6: Remove all baseboards at interior locations. Supply and install new 5- inch wood baseboards
