Plumbing maintenance and repair Lot 1 hourly fees, line item 1 regular service calls typical workday call, hourly rate, line item 2 emergency service calls afterhours calls, holiday, weekend hourly rate; Lot 2 fees, line item 1 sewer line stoppage clearing up to 1. 5 hours of onsite work, line item 2 water supply line leak repair not including framing, drywall or painting repairs, line item 3 gas piping leak repair not including framing, drywall or painting repairs, line item 4 exposed waste piping leak repairs including kitchen and bath sink piping, line item 5 unearthing of underground piping up to 24 in depth and 48 in length, line item 6 repair or replacement of underground waste piping including any required collars, up to 4 linear feet, line item 7 repair or replacement of underground water supply piping, 1 copper lines including any required collars, up to 4 linear feet, line item 8 water heater replacement 20gallon gasfired heater, including strapping and all components required for a complete install
