The deadline for submitting sealed bids is no later than 2:00 p. m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. CST, virtually through Teams meeting. Attendance at the pre-submittal conference is strongly recommended, as it may be the only opportunity to review the scope of work with the city.

The opinion of probable construction cost (OPCC) for the base bid of this project is approximately $500,000.

The bid notice states that the contractor shall substantially complete the work within 180 calendar days after the effective starting date for the project as specified in the City's notice to proceed.
