In addition to the bid price, the city may take into consideration the quality of the product and or services, the adaptability to the particular use required and the ability, capacity, experience, efficiency, and integrity of the bidders as well as their financial responsibility.

The bidder must have operated continuously for a minimum of seven years as a established firm in providing installation of generators and ats.

The total value of this agreement is for an amount not to exceed , in accordance with attachment b, bid pricing form attached and incorporated by reference.
