Request for Proposal ( RFP) for interior paint services for 8 school buildings in the Timberlane Regional School District.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed package by 11:00 AM on Friday, May 9, 2025, by US mail, or other delivery service. Faxed and emailed proposals will not be accepted. All proposals must remain in effect until June 30, 2025. A mandatory site walk of all school buildings will take place on April 25, 2025, at 8 am. The Timberlane Regional School District will provide all necessary paint. The winning bidder is responsible for all other painting supplies. Minimum insurance requirements are specified, including workers compensation, employers liability, general liability, and auto liability. Payment and performance bonds are required for projects of $125,000 or more. Respondents must provide a reference list of at least four commercial customers in the area for projects performed and completed. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept proposals on one or more items, or negotiate with a respondent if all proposals exceed the budgeted appropriation. The district is not responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this RFP.
