The bid proposal submittal deadline is 10:00 AM on May 28, 2026.

The owner will pay the contractor monthly, ninety-five percent (95%) of the whole amount due the contractor for the amount of work which the engineer shall estimate as done up to the last day of that particular month. Payment of the estimated bill shall follow within thirty days after the receipt and approval of the estimate. The final 5% will be paid at the end of one year maintenance period.

The contractor guarantees the work done under this contract and the materials furnished by him and used in the work are free from defects, and the guarantee is for a term of one (1) year from and after the date of the certificate of project completion.

Award will be based on the bidders responsiveness to the requirements of this bid package, experience, past performance, and financial responsibility.

The owner may make such investigations as he deems necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the work, and the bidder shall furnish to the owner all such information and data for this purpose as the owner may request.

Failure or refusal to execute the contract and required bonds within 10 days after receiving notice of acceptance shall cause the bidder to forfeit to the owner, as liquidated damages for such failure or refusal, the security deposited with his bid.

All disputes arising under this contract or its interpretation, whether involving law or fact or both, or extra work, and all claims for alleged breach of contract shall within ten (10) days of commencement of the dispute be presented by the contractor to the owner for decision.

It is anticipated that approximately $150,000 worth of assignments will be issued under this contract.

The delivery is required within days after receipt of order.
