Proposals must include information about the firm's experience and capabilities in performing specific ROV type of offshore work on similar projects, experience working in Oregon and similar coastal conditions, personnel qualifications and roles, and details of any subcontractors. Resumes of key individuals and manufacturer brochures are exempted from the page limit.
