Proposals must be submitted electronically by November 19, 2026, 2:30 PM ET. The district states: all proposal responses must be submitted electronically through the bidnet direct platform by the specified due date and time.

Payment is made after receipt, inspection, and proper invoicing. The document states: payment will only be made after the merchandise or services have been: a. received complete or substantially complete b. inspected and found to comply with all specifications.

Default results in liquidated damages. The document states: the bidder shall pay to the district, as liquidated damages, an amount equal to 25% of the unit prices bid times the quantity for each item in question, or $50, whichever amount is larger.

Protests must follow Florida statutes. The document states: if a bidder wishes to protest a bid, they must do so in strict accordance with the procedures outlined in florida statutes failure to file a protest within the time prescribed shall constitute a waiver of proceedings.

Failure to submit required documents or comply with terms may cause rejection. The document states: failure to submit the completed and signed proposal required response form with the proposal will be cause for nonacceptance of the proposal and the proposal shall be considered nonresponsive.

Failure to follow instructions or submit required documents can cause rejection. failure by the respondent to follow all instructions and comply with all requirements contained in this solicitation is cause for rejection of a bid submittal.

Submittals must be received before 10:00 am on Thursday, September 24th, 2026, at the facilities construction department.

Submittals will be evaluated and scored according to the evaluation form provided in appendix a.

Respondents shall, at a minimum: 1. be properly licensed in the state of florida to provide professional commissioning services.

A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity.

Prospective bidders who have not contracted with the school board within two years prior to the scheduled bid opening date are encouraged to bring a completed contractors qualification statement aia form a305 to this meeting.

Prospective bidders or their representatives are required to attend a mandatory prebid meeting at the project address on september 8th, 2026, at 10:00 a. m.

The last day for prospective bidders to submit questions is september 11, 2026.

late bids will be considered nonresponsive.
