The City of Port Arthur is seeking a qualified contractor for janitorial services for City Hall and Annex for a one-year term, renewable up to two additional 12-month periods. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 3:00 p. m. CST on September 2, 2026. The scope includes cleaning approximately 45,000 sq ft, 5 nights weekly. Bidders must have a minimum of five years of documented janitorial service experience. Unscheduled jobsite inspections will be performed by the city representative.
