Delivery for Lot 1 is on or before 01 Sep 2026. Delivery for Lot 2 is on or before 13 Jul 2026.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer. Invoices will be submitted via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

Bidders must be qualified and provide proof of equality for any or equal products offered, satisfactory to the LVMPD. lvmpd is seeking bids from qualified bidders for the purchase of level iii ballistic rifle shields.

Sample submission is required, specifically test results from an NIJ independent laboratory confirming the shield's resistance to M193 . 223 rounds. Testing: testing results required to confirm shield is resistant to **** rounds performed by a nij independent lab must show shield has passed testing.

The 12-month preventive maintenance kit is to be delivered to NASA GSFC on or prior to the onsite service period.
