The contractor agrees to adhere to the mandate dictated by the Copeland Anti-kickback Act, the Clean Air Act, the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, the Clean Water Act, the Anti-lobbying and Debarment Act, and the prohibition of discriminatory boycotts of Israel. The contractor shall comply with federal and state disabilities laws and regulations and the accessibility requirements of WCAG 2. 1 Level AA or the most current version. The contractor agrees to defend any claim or action, indemnify, and hold harmless the state from claims for bodily injury, death, or property damages caused by the contractor's fault.
