Proposals must be delivered by June 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Prevailing Time.

Payment will be made after a properly executed county voucher has been received and formally approved by the Board of County Commissioners. Vouchers must be submitted by the first of the month for the normal monthly payment cycle.

Proposals containing any conditions, omissions, unexplained erasures or alterations, items not called for, or irregularities may be cause for rejection. Failure to comply with requirements such as Statement of Ownership Disclosure or Business Registration Certificate may also lead to rejection.

The project construction cost has been estimated at $4 million to $6 million.
