The period of performance includes a 12-month base year from August 11, 2026, to August 10, 2027, with four 12-month option periods. The period of performance pop shall include a 12month base year and four 4 12month option years, structured as follows: base year: august 11, 2026 to august 10, 2027

The USDA requires delivery of all items by 60 days from award. Early deliveries will be accepted.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Products offered meet the technical requirements of the bill of materials. 2. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of a quote meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for noncost factors.

The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Protests must be filed within the timeframes specified in FAR ****.

Submission of a knowing false statement relating to offerors compliance with the above requirements and/or eligibility for the contract may subject the offeror to liability under the false claims act, 31 ****, and/or criminal liability, including under 18 U. S. C. 287 and **** on the part of the offeror or its subcontractors to comply with the terms of this clause may be grounds for the contracting officer to terminate the contract for default.
