The El Paso County Department of Public Health is seeking
lodging services. Responses are due electronically by 11:00 a. m. , MST, Tuesday, May 13, 2025, through the Rocky Mountain e-purchasing system. The contract term is from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026, with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The awarded contract will automatically terminate if funds are not appropriated. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted electronically via the Rocky Mountain e-purchasing system by April 25, 2025, at 10:00 a. m. Additional documents, such as a cover sheet, executive summary, summary of work specifications, special terms and conditions, general terms and conditions, response submittal requirements, and exhibits, are required. The successful contractor will be required to provide a fee schedule, and will be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for performance. The county reserves the right to conduct negotiations and to accept revisions of responses. A post-intent-to-award meeting may be required. Offerors not selected may request a debriefing. The county may require a certificate of good standing from the Colorado Secretary of State. Contractors are prohibited from contacting county employees or evaluation committee members regarding their qualifications or the award of a contract unless in response to an inquiry. The county may require contractors to submit evidence of their qualifications, including financial, technical, and other qualifications and abilities. All services must comply with governmental standards, including OSHA, NIOSH, and NFPA. The county intends and expects that the contracting processes provide equal opportunity without regard to gender, race, creed, ethnicity, religion, age, sex, national origin, or disability. The county is exempt from payment of federal, state, or local excise or sales taxes. The county will only accept electronic responses submitted through the Rocky Mountain e-purchasing system.
