El Paso County is seeking qualified vendors for Citizens Service Center (CSC) Café Services. Key personnel must have demonstrated experience running a similar cafe or similar food service for at least three years. Vendors shall provide confirmation of a locally based workforce.
The vendor shall promptly correct all deficiencies in service and/or any work that fails to conform to the contract documents. If the vendor fails to correct the work within the specified period, the county reserves the right to place the vendor in default and charge the vendor for these costs.
A pre-solicitation meeting will be held at **** Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs, CO **** at the westside main entrance. A representative of the vendor is encouraged to attend this meeting in order to become familiar with the specifications.
