The county may require contractors to submit evidence of their qualifications, including financial, technical, and other qualifications and abilities. All services must comply with governmental standards, including OSHA, NIOSH, and NFPA. The county intends and expects that the contracting processes provide equal opportunity without regard to gender, race, creed, ethnicity, religion, age, sex, national origin, or disability. The county is exempt from payment of federal, state, or local excise or sales taxes. The county will only accept electronic responses submitted through the Rocky Mountain e-purchasing system.
