The bid is for the purchase of a deep core aerifier. The deadline to submit questions is January 13th, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST. The intent to bid is due January 20th, 2026, at 12:00 PM CST. The close date for submissions is January 20th, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. Required documents include acknowledgement of receipt of addenda, affidavit, bidders quotation sheet, certificate of compliance, exhibit f bidders exceptions, greater kc metro area information memo, one time purchase contract page, and statement of contractors qualifications.

The bid is for mowing services and additional landscaping services for Guilford County Schools from March 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026. A prebid meeting is scheduled for January 6th, 2026. Bids are due by January 16, 2026, and must be submitted electronically. The contract is for one year with the possibility of renewal for up to four years. The award will be based on the lowest responsive, responsible bidder or best value analysis. The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance and comply with all federal and state laws. The contractor must have a registered pesticide applicators license in effect during the entire term of the contract with guilford county schools. The contractor must furnish a proposed schedule for the trimming via email by may 1st and keep the director or designee advised of progress and of any changes. The contractor must furnish a schedule for the mulching via email by june 1st, and keep the director or designee advised of progress and of any changes. Payment will be made monthly, and within thirty 30 days after receipt of invoice, review, and approval. The contractor will keep the director or designee informed of the proposed work plan and submit email or text reports of work accomplished or not accomplished daily. The contractor will use a copy of theattached approval form to show sitebased acceptance. The principal assistant principal or designees at each site should sign these forms after the work has been completed to the gcs standards included in this rfp. If you complete the site after school hours and no one is available to sign off, then you must return on the next business day to request approval of signatures. The contractor will be responsible for repairing all damage their organization causes to any school property during the services performance. The contractor shall take affirmative action in following all federal and state requirements conceding fair employment of people with disabilities, and the treatment of all employees, without regard or discrimination by reason of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or physical handicap. The contractor shall prohibit interaction between their employees and the student and employee population. The contractor shall adhere to security standards as established by the guilford county schools. The contractor shall see that every employee on the contractors work force adheres to the gcs policy which prohibits the use of tobacco products or drugs on or in any school property, or at any school sponsored activity orevent regardless of location.
