The city makes payments through electronic transfers. The successful proposer will be asked to complete an ACH direct payment authorization form. Invoices are submitted monthly and may take up to 30 days for processing.

Firms will be evaluated based on their exhibited understanding and familiarity with the project issues as demonstrated by the firms unique perspective and presentation on the proposed strategies, approach, team structure, experience/expertise, and schedule. Specific criteria include experience of firm (25 points), experience of personnel (55 points), and project approach (15 points).

Proposals will be considered only from firms or individuals who are firmly established in an appropriate business, who are financially responsible, and who have the resources and ability to offer services in a professional and expedient manner. Key personnel must demonstrate familiarity with costs in the Denver metro area.

The preliminary total construction budget for the project is $15,600,****.

Recovered cushions must be returned within two weeks from the pickup date. Delivery time is of the essence, with a maximum of 30 days allowed from pickup to return.

Payment shall be subject to City's prompt payment ordinance ****, et seq. , after City accepts the goods/services.

Vendor warrants that all goods furnished are free from defects in workmanship and materials. For any goods that become defective within twelve months after receipt, vendor shall remedy defects or replace defective goods at no expense to the City within seven days of receipt.

The criteria for bid evaluation include price, specification compliance, and vendor qualifications, responsibility, and responsiveness.

Vendors may be required to submit satisfactory evidence that they have practical knowledge of the work bid upon and the necessary financial resources to perform and complete the work.

Failure to deliver recovered seat cushions back to Denver International Airport no more than 30 days after picking them up may result in the cancellation of the contract.

Upon request, vendors are required to furnish a sample of the goods and/or services to be supplied at no cost to the City and County of Denver.
