The awarded supplier will be required to provide test login credentials for the digital accessibility team to navigate and test the product before final award.

Exceptions taken to the RFP/RFQ documents may cause the proposal to be rejected at the sole discretion of the university. Failure to provide references may result in a score of 0 points for that evaluation criterion.

Respondents should describe their company's experience with AV projects within an enterprise or government environment with similar scope, size, and complexity, and any experience with classified AV projects.
