The state shall have thirty 30 calendar days after receipt of invoice or satisfactory performance of the services/delivery of goods to make payment.
Award, if made, will be to the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA), responsive and responsible offerors.
Offerors must have a minimum of five 5 years of experience providing professional branding, graphic design, website development, marketing, and communications services, and have successfully completed at least three 3 similar projects within the last five 5 years.
Liquidated damages for nonperformance of specified services shall be fixed at **** for each calendar day the contractor delays completion after the required date.
Designs associated with a physical item will have up to three 3 samples per item furnished and delivered by the contractor at their expense until the final design is approved.
Protests must be submitted in writing within five 5 working days after the aggrieved person knows or should have known of the facts giving rise thereto, and prior to the offer receipt date.
An offeror shall be disqualified for reasons including proof of collusion, lack of responsibility, being in arrears on existing contracts, lack of proper equipment or experience, not possessing a required license, or late delivery of the offer.
