Dock Accessories Government Bids & RFPs

Payment will be made in accordance with ****, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer System for Award Management, or ****, Payment by Third Party. Invoices shall be submitted in arrears quarterly, semiannually, or other as specified.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

When required by the solicitation, product samples shall be submitted at or prior to the time specified for receipt of offers. Unless otherwise specified in this solicitation, these samples shall be submitted at no expense to the government, and returned at the senders request and expense, unless they are destroyed during preaward testing.

In the event of the contractors or a subcontractors noncompliance with clause ****, this contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part, and the contractor or subcontractor may be declared ineligible for further government contracts.

Quotations and related documents are due no later than 01:00 PM PDT 15 June 2026.

The government intends to award the lowest priced quote that is technically acceptable.

Offeror shall provide proof that they have two 2 cleared escort available to start by the required date.

If the offerors response to the technical capability document is determined not to meet the governments requirement, the evaluation will continue to the next lowest quote until one is determined to meet the governments requirement.

Vendors must have a current contract with one of the specified purchasing cooperatives for the exact items requested.

Only responses from vendors that have a current contract with one of these purchasing cooperatives for the exact items requested on this quote will be eligible to submit a quote.
