The proposal evaluation will be made on the following criteria: experience qualifications, technical consideration, proof of sample, approach, references, and cost proposal.
Proposals will be considered only from experienced and well-equipped vendors engaged in work of this type and magnitude. Proposers may be required to submit evidence setting forth qualifications which entitle their company for consideration as a responsible vendor.
Proposers are advised to examine the sites of the proposed work, as are necessary, to familiarize themselves with location conditions.
Proof of sample and examples of current inventory will be provided in the proposal for evaluation.
