This is a simplified acquisition for environmental telemetry equipment. The government requires specific Avtech Room Alert products due to their compatibility with existing systems and enhanced monitoring capabilities. Efforts to obtain competition via NASA SEWP and market research were unsuccessful. The contracting officer has determined that only Avtech is reasonably available. Vendors must supply unique item identifiers (UIIs) with specific data matrix symbology. All responsible organizations may submit a quote.

This is a firm fixed price requirement for the supply of 10 c window attachments, molybdenum caps with graphene windows. The supplier must meet specific quality assurance requirements (detailed in the document), including ISO **** compliance, NQA-1 requirements for nuclear facilities, and provide documentation for all processes and materials. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking proposals for a blanket contract for outdoor kiosks. The due date for proposals is June 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM CT. Clarification questions and answers are included in Exhibit 1. Respondents must acknowledge receipt of the addendum and return a signed copy with their proposal submission. The kiosks must support standard outdoor kiosk features, touchscreen, ADA, 508 compliance, and Texas weather-friendly materials. The vendor is responsible for provisioning and managing AWS infrastructure, developing or extending APIs, and designing authentication mechanisms. TPWD expects the vendor to build middleware, monitor the kiosks, and provide monthly reports. A dedicated UAT kiosk will be provided for testing. The kiosks must be usable from a vehicle. TPWD will use Fiserv, Inc. as the payment processor. The vendor should indicate the maximum life of the equipment and the number of years the equipment will be serviced beyond the standard warranty period. On-screen credit card entry is a temporary solution. TPWD prefers at least a Spanish language option and will support additional languages. TPWD is open to discussion regarding downtime penalties and service level noncompliance. The kiosks will be utilized for park reservation systems and ticketing, and potentially parking permits in the future. The vendor should be able to use certified third-party field technicians to fulfill repair obligations. TPWD requires proactive alerting of paper roll, network outages, and thermal shutdowns. TPWD will communicate periods of high usage in advance to allow for surge support planning. TPWD will be open to discussion with the vendor regarding downtime penalties and service level noncompliance.

The US Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is seeking bids for outdoor network switch kits for camera expansion phase III. The deadline for submission is May 28, 2025, at **** am. The vendor must comply with the technical specifications, warranty, and period of performance. The award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible bidder. The government reserves the right to reject incomplete, non-compliant, or unreasonably high-priced quotations. The contract includes compliance with all applicable export/import licensing requirements. The contractor shall ensure that, if an export license is required, all necessary export approvals and paperwork are obtained before shipment. The contractor shall coordinate all equipment delivery with the contracting officer representative (COR) and INL Santo Domingo. The final inspection and acceptance of all items shall be performed upon delivery to the INL Santo Domingo warehouse by the US government. If upon inspection, items do not fulfill requested technical specifications, INL shall return the items to the vendor with no cost to INL. The vendor shall evaluate and replace returned items with no transportation cost to INL. INL Santo Domingo will have 30 calendar days to inspect and accept all items after arrival at the DR 911 or INL warehouse in the Dominican Republic. All equipment delivered shall conform exactly to the standard described in the technical specification sheet. Payments to the contractor shall be made following upon delivery confirmation to US government facilities in Doral, Miami.
