Generally, when required, samples will be specifically requested in the request for bids. Samples, when required, are to be furnished free of charge.

If within the past ten 10 years, the vendor or any of its proposed subcontractors has sued the city of Farmington Hills, or has been sued by the city of Farmington Hills, with respect to project related claim or issue, the vendor shall not be eligible for consideration.
