The County of Charlotte is seeking bids for a firm price for various fabricated road signs. Bidders must submit unit prices and indicate the lead time required for delivery. The award will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting all requirements. Successful bidders must furnish a performance and payment bond within 14 calendar days after notification of award. Bids must be submitted by February 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The county estimates that they will order from 2,000 to 6,000 various signs per year. The prices bid shall include all costs for all transportation, labor, materials and equipment used in supplying and delivering said materials.
