The existing single- story house and basement are to be removed as part of another project. The proposed house is conventional wood construction over encapsulated crawl space. Alternate pricing will be accepted for the construction of a detached, two- car garage cited to the east of the new house. Work scope includes concrete, concrete masonry, carpentry and wood framing, metal roofing, vinyl siding, doors and windows, finishing, painting, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and electrical trades.
