The bid submittal due date is no later than 3:30 PM ET, Thursday, May 28th, 2026.

Bidder prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP's Bureau of Design and Construction. If not pre-qualified, the bidder must submit a current state contractor license certification or registration and current corporate charter registration with the bid.

Notice of intent to protest the bid specifications must be filed with received by the agency clerk within the 72-hour period after bid specifications are posted on the vendor bid system. Failure to file a notice of intent to protest or a formal, written protest within ten days after the 72-hour period ends shall constitute a waiver of your right to an administrative hearing.
