Dimensions: minimum 26 ft. to maximum 28 ft. width, maximum 10 ft. depth. Internal layout: three separate rooms with 2- hour firerated walls and partitions, full insulation. Doors: hurricane- proof ( equivalent to 120 mph wind rating), opening to the outside. Ramps: steel access ramps ( minimum 54 inches width) for each door. Flooring: galvanized steel grating with a built- in, 6- inch deep spill containment sump and a drain port with a cap. Electrical systems: explosionproof interior electrical components, explosionproof interior lighting in each room. Climate control: explosionproof exhaust fan forced air system. Power grounding: exterior- mounted NEMA- rated load center box and a static grounding system. Fire suppression: integrated dry chemical fire suppression system.
