Delivery shall be made within forty five 45 consecutive calendar days from the date designated in the notice to proceed.

The contractor shall be remunerated upon submission of a properly executed original invoice. . . no later than thirty 30 calendar days following receipt of invoice and acceptance of services, whichever is later.
