Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm except for holidays, weekends or times of disaster.

Payment is to be made within 30 days after receipt of properly executed invoice or delivery, whichever is later.

The manufacturers standard warranty will apply unless otherwise specified in the solicitation.

The intent of the state is to award this contract on an individual basis to the lowest responsive, responsible bidders meeting the specifications.
