Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications of firms designated representative, proximity of the firms office andor representative to ogden city, familiarity with ogden, projects, and standards, collaboration with staff experience working with local governments and methods used to effectively collaborate with staff, firm experience compared against areas of expertise represented, client recommendations and accuracy of information provided, qualifications and experience of key individuals, ability of the firm to complete projects in a timely manner, expertise and capabilities of firm including contractors bonding capacity, additional highlights that company offers as part of their service, completed checklist for each applicable category, evidence of insurability, provided fee schedule.
Qualified respondents must be licensed contractors in the state of utah, for this type of work, and who meet ogden citys insurance and bonding requirements, and have experience with all work defined in the scope of work.
