This is a Request for Information (RFI), not a solicitation for proposals. Responses are due by 10:00 AM local time on September 11, 2025, and must be submitted electronically via email or secure access file exchange. The RFI seeks information from potential sources who can support the PM AAA program with sustainment support services for the Amphibious
Combat Vehicles (ACV) family of
vehicles. The RFI includes requirements for field support representative (FSR) services and technical publication support services. Interested vendors must submit an executive summary of no more than 15 pages, including a cover letter and contact information, in **** inch paper with 1 inch margins, using 12-point Times New Roman font. The summary should describe the product summary, complete technical support capabilities, and training and support capabilities. Responses must include company name, address, email, telephone number, points of contact, commercial and government entity cage code, unique entity identifier (UEI), size of business, NAICS code, secret facility clearance, potential small business subcontracting opportunities, current contracts with Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), relevant past performance, number of calendar days required to develop a responsive proposal, unique requirements, financing terms, special equipment, and feedback on the government's acquisition approach. Questions regarding the RFI must be submitted in written format by email to the contracting officer and contract specialist by 10:00 AM local time on August 25, 2025.
