AI use is strictly regulated, requiring human oversight, documentation, and compliance with federal and DHS policies. The contractor must avoid vendor lock-in and ensure interoperability and knowledge transfer. Rigorous security, testing, evaluation, and continuous monitoring are mandated for AI systems.
