Bidders must use only certified shorthand court reporters proficient in verbatim transcription or equivalent resources approved by IDFPR. Some engagements will include discussions with highly technical terms and notation. In such cases, the offeror shall provide certified shorthand reporters with court reporting experience relative to the nature of the engagement.
