The contractor shall securely process payments received on behalf of the town and remit collected funds to the town in accordance with an agreed-upon schedule, accompanied by detailed account-level reporting.
A review committee will take into consideration the specifics of the proposal, proposal prices, and the experience, qualifications, capacity, references and past performance, responsibility, and financial resources of the company.
Proposers must demonstrate experience in the type of work described and have available resources, including trained and licensed personnel, support services, and financial resources.
The resulting contract may provide for liquidated damages for failure to meet specified contractual requirements, including timely remittance of collected funds, protection of town data, cybersecurity and data privacy, security incident notification, and return or secure destruction of town data.
The town may request additional information, samples, or presentations in support of this rfp.
