The Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) is seeking correctional industry recruiting experts to assess current recruitment practices, develop a customized recruitment strategy, and implement a five-month pilot strategy. The contract term will be from March 1, 2026, through August 31, 2026. The deadline for submission is January 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT. The evaluation criteria include company and key personnel qualifications and experience, work plan technical approach, staffing expertise, and price. The vendor must provide a redacted electronic copy of its complete proposal within two business days after receiving notice of tentative contract award.
