The minimum value for this contract is $125,**** and the maximum value is $2,500,****.

The estimated start date for services is April 26, 2026. Exact dates will be entered at the time of award. The contractor shall notify the COR in writing via email at least 24 hours in advance if a pickup/dropoff schedule change is required. No services or deliverables shall be provided on Saturdays, Sundays, Federal Government holidays, or any other day as set forth by Presidential Executive Order, or any other Federal Government closures. If a Federal holiday occurs during the core days identified above, duties shall resume the next business day.

This is a firm fixed-price type contract. The contractor shall bill on a monthly basis based on the number of items laundered, picked up and dropped off. Payment for services shall be made after submission of a proper invoice. In addition to the monthly total price, invoices shall reflect the date and number of pounds or items processed, number of items laundered, picked up and dropped off during the month being invoiced.

The contractor and/or subcontractor shall ensure that all employees having access to federal information or a federal information system, or personally identifiable information (PII), complete the HRSA records management training before performing work under this contract, and thereafter completing the annual refresher course during the life of the contract. Training for key personnel shall be current upon hire and maintained according to OSHA standards. Key personnel assigned under this contract shall maintain their knowledge with CDC regulations as it pertains to communicable diseases (COVID-19 and others) janitorial and laundry personnel and processes.

Unauthorized disclosure of information will be subject to the HHS/HRSA sanction policies and/or governed by the following laws and regulations: 18 U. S. C. 641 Criminal Code: Public Money, Property or Records; 18 **** Criminal Code: Disclosure of Confidential Information; and 44 U. S. C. Chapter 35, Subchapter I Paperwork Reduction Act.

The bid notice states that offers or offer revisions received after the solicitation close date and time will not be accepted unless requested by the Contracting Officer. The response date is April 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM PST.
